Standard "Ground" shipping charges will apply.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next two business days. Holiday volumes may add three business days. Please expect approximately the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of an order:

Customers who purchase products from the (MALIN+GOETZ) Lane Crawford counters in Hong Kong should return to specific Lane Crawford counters. Products from the (MALIN+GOETZ) website or phone service may be returned by mail or directly to our warehouse. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only. Please include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Products that have been used 20% or more will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
