Last updated: 17 August 2026

This cookie policy explains how Malin + Goetz Inc. (“Malin+Goetz”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and other similar technologies such as pixels and tags on our website (the “Site”).

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files of letters and numbers that are stored on your browser or the hard drive of your device if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your device’s hard drive. Cookies can follow your activity on a website and across websites, helping sites understand your preferences and enhance your browsing experience.

Our Site uses a variety of cookies which can be grouped into the following categories: strictly necessary, performance, functional and targeting cookies. These cookies help us provide you with a good experience when you browse our Site; for example, it means that we can recognise your device when you access the Site and log into your account with your username and password. The use of cookies also allows us to improve our Site.

What cookies do we use?

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies are required for the operation of our Site. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas or use the shopping cart. These cookies do not require your consent.
  • Performance Cookies help us monitor and improve the performance of the Site. For example, they allow us to count visits, identify traffic sources, and determine which parts of the Site are most popular.
  • Functional Cookies are used to recognise you when you return to our Site. This enables us to personalise our content for you and remember your preferences. These cookies may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you disable these cookies, some services may not function properly.
  • Targeting Cookies record your visit to our Site, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our Site more relevant to your interests. We may also share these cookies with our advertising partners who may build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other websites. If you disable these cookies, you will receive less targeted advertising.

Please see the cookie settings for:

  • a full list of the names of the cookies and technologies we use;
  • the purposes we use them for;
  • the duration for which access to information is granted for; and
  • whether any other organisations store, process or access the information contained in the cookie or from your device included the purposes for which such third parties use them for.

Managing your Cookie Preferences

When you visit the Site for the first time on each device, cookies may be placed on your device based on your selected preferences. Certain cookies, such as “strictly necessary cookies”, do not require your prior consent as they are necessary for our Site operation.

You will be informed about cookies via a banner that appears when you first access the Site for each device you use.

Please note:

  • Clicking “Accept all” gives consent to the use of all categories of cookies.
  • Continuing to browse on the Site without adjusting your settings means only strictly necessary cookies will be placed.
  • Choosing “Reject all” may limit access to some parts of our Site and our Site may not work the way you expect it to.

You can modify your cookie settings and opt out of non-strictly necessary cookies at any time by using the Manage Cookies. Your preferences will apply once your selection is confirmed and will not affect processing of your data prior to any withdrawal of consent.

Unless you clear your browsing history and cache, some cookies previously stored on your device may remain active even after updating your settings.
